Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
A traditional Italian pasta dish with eggs, cheese, pancetta(guanciale), and pepper.

- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Guanciale or Pancetta
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Pecorino cheese or Parmesan cheese
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Salt
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
In a separate pan, cook the guanciale or pancetta until crispy
Beat the eggs and mix with grated Parmesan cheese.
Drain the pasta and combine with pancetta.
Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.
Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
