Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 150 g Guanciale or Pancetta
  • 50 g Pecorino cheese or Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • to taste Black pepper
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  • Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
  • In a separate pan, cook the guanciale or pancetta until crispy
  • In the same pan of the pancetta cook the tomato sauce
  • Drain the pasta and combine with sauce.
  • At the end add pancetta and Black pepper.
