Amatriciana
A traditional Italian pasta dish with tomato sauce, cheese, pancetta(guanciale), and pepper.

Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g Guanciale or Pancetta
- 50 g Pecorino cheese or Parmesan cheese
- 200 g tomato sauce
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
- In a separate pan, cook the guanciale or pancetta until crispy
- In the same pan of the pancetta cook the tomato sauce
- Drain the pasta and combine with sauce.
- At the end add pancetta and Black pepper.
